Availability: If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to supply a particular item, we shall contact you directly and suggest either an alternative product or supply you with a refund.

Acceptance: We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email shortly after we receive it. You will be charged for the goods and delivery when you place your order.

Delivery: All deliveries will be made to the address specified by you when you place the order. Products are normally delivered within the United Kingdom within 2 working days of acceptance of the order or 2 working days of the date you have specified for delivery. All retail parcels are dispatched to you by Royal Mail. We do not accept liability for delays caused once the goods have been dispatched. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure delivery details are correct and up to date.

Returns: We really hope that you will be happy with your products. However if you feel it necessary to return a product we aim to make the return process as simple as possible. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from Forgetyounot, you may return it for a full refund (less any delivery charges). Any returned items must be returned in their original condition along with the order confirmation note, name, address and email. We cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost in transit, so we recommend you send goods Recorded Delivery or obtain a 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office. If your products arrive damaged you must notify us within 3 working days of receipt of the goods. If goods are in any other way faulty or we are at fault in the service provided you must notify us within 30 working days of receipt of the goods. In either of these cases we will arrange for return of the goods and you will receive either a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.

Privacy: Any address details you leave us are purely for delivery information. We will NOT share your name, email or mailing address, telephone contacts or purchasing history with a third party.
